Choices for Change: Alcohol, Drug and Gambling Counselling Centre is an incorporated, charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Board of Directors represents the communities in which we provide service and are responsible for the overall operation of the agency. We receive funding from a number of sources, however our primary funding comes from the South West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). Choices for Change is accountable to the public and our funder to ensure we are utilizing our funds responsibly and adhering to best practices for addiction treatment. To this end, we are required to enter into a Multi-Sector Accountability Agreement with the LHIN. This Agreement outlines our budget, performance expectations and targets. Other funders of our services include the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, City of Stratford, Avon Maitland District School Board, the Huron Perth Catholic District School Board and the Family Health Teams in both North Perth and St. Marys. As we are a charitable organization, we gratefully accept donations which allow us to sustain and enhance our services. Please contact us if you would like to make a donation.
