• avoid ignoring your own needs
• reduce feelings of isolation, guilt and helplessness

The help we offer is free, practical, confidential and builds on your strengths using methods we know that can work.

We offer information, advice, support, one to one counselling, and family counselling - all tailored to your individual situation, needs and goals.
