Your first appointment is a time for us to get to know you and your unique situation. Based on this information and your preferences, we can then explore the various options that are available to you such as:

Community based counselling: this is offered at our Centre on an individual basis to assist and support you in maintaining your goals.

Referral: to treatment services best suited to your needs

Education/Information: we can provide this on an individual basis or we are available to speak to groups interested in information on substance abuse or gambling.

We are pleased to offer presentations to community groups or corporations about any topic surrounding substance abuse or problem gambling. Please contact us for information, or to schedule a presentation.

Our services are available to youth from ages 12 - 18 in local high schools and at the Centre as well.

We also provide support to family member and friends of those experiencing difficulties with their use of alcohol or drugs, whether it be from the present or past.

Our counsellors understand and can help with concerns related to drug and/or alcohol use specifically amongst adults and older adults as age is a factor that changes one’s circumstances.

As well, whether you or someone you know may possibly be experiencing a gambling problem, we can help.
