About Us

We have youth workers in the high schools, youth shelters, youth centres and other outreach locations throughout Perth County.  We provide individual and group counseling services to youth to assist them with problems related to substance use, either their own use or someone else's.

Choices for Change is not affiliated with any law enforcement agencies.

We realize that sometimes it's not easy to control your use of drugs or alcohol. We respect your ideas and opinions. We focus on helping you meet your goals, not forcing you to quit if that's not what you want. We can usually see you for an appointment within one week after contacting us.
